How do I pay for my consultation?

Payments for mobile consults can be made in cash or bank transfer.

Consultations held at Well & Wise Chiropractic Clinic can be paid for with Eftpos or cash.

A 24 hour cancellation policy applies, otherwise the full consultation fee will be charged.

Can I claim the consult through private health insurance?

Yes. Lauren is registered with private health funds to claim your consultation. The rebate amount will depend on the insurance provider.

How often will I need to come?

Most patients will have a follow-up appointment 2 weeks after their initial consultation. After which we will usually try to stretch the appointments out over 2-4 weeks. I always try to keep your budget in mind when spacing our appointments.

How much will I need to spend on supplements?

It is hard to give an estimation for supplement costs because everyone presents with differing levels of health concerns. I always work with diet and lifestyle changes as a priority and only use supplements to support where necessary. As a general rule, if your health concerns are very basic you can expect to spend $40 – $60 per week, whereas someone with more complex concerns should budget $60 – $100 for supplements.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Any blood or medical tests you have had in the last 6 months

A 3 day food diary with a list of what you have eaten and any associated symptoms (e.g. bloating, dizziness etc)

At the time of booking you will asked to complete a new patient health questionnaire and return via email at least 24 hours before your appointment
